We were celebrating 2 birthdays and a graduation last night. Best night ever! Food and drinks were very good, service was excellent and the personal attention from the manager superb. Everyone in our party (there were 7 of us) had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will return.
Had the perfect experience at Melting Pot tonight. Our server Stephanie, was kind, helpful, and attentive. The food was beyond delicious. Even the manager, Justin, was spectacularly funny and very knowledgeable about the food and the wine. We had a great time, ordered way more than we should have, and will definitely be going back for more.
Rico was our server, and he was AMAZING!! My friend and I have never been there before and did not know what to expect. He was very patient with us and helped walk us through the whole experience. Normally, it says for two people it would be a 2-hour experience, but because we got there right when it opened, and probably simply because he is amazing, we were there for 3 hours and he helped us through the entire experience and made it extremely enjoyable. I have never tipped a server as much as I did him. But he was worth every penny (and dollar obviously) The food was divine! I wanted to try someplace new and also to be able to try some new foods. I am extremely picky, and I still managed to find some foods that were absolutely exquisite. All of the people who worked there and whom I encountered in between were so wonderful and helpful. The hostess was even very helpful for my friend who had a very difficult time walking down the steps, and let us know that there is an elevator available, so we were able to take that back up when we were done. So all in all, this was an absolutely wonderful afternoon! And because neither one of us eat very much in one sitting, we had plenty to be able to take back home which will probably last me for the rest of the month! And yes, they let you take home what was in the fondue pot as well! I cannot gush and awe enough over this place!!
Love this place! This is a unique food experience and a lovely way to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I had a wonderful waiter who guided us through our entire meal and offered us some delicious suggestions. We will definitely be eating here again!

A great “once in awhile” place as it’s quite pricey. The experience was awesome with great friends. We had a friend in our group who had bariatric surgery and cannot eat much. They allowed us to split everything and do a custom “experience for 3”. All the food was great! We had the fondue starter and each got a different entree (vegetable, seafood, and beef) we selected the veggie broth. Then finished off with the milk chocolate dessert! :) great occasional spot! Staff was prompt and wonderful!
Justin went out of his way to make custom chicken nuggets for our 7 year old. An amazing and considerate gesture that you don't often see. Our server was amazing as well. Just an all around great experience.
